Meredith Moore has forged a career in human resources defined by integrity and underpinned by her skill in building and growing organizations and people. Moore joined Pyxera Global as director of HR in March 2021, with the ambition to create a culture in which people feel safe and empowered to develop skills that will endure throughout their careers. She will partner with the leadership team to develop new initiatives that impact structural change across the organization to help employees reach their greatest potential.

Moore has nearly 13 years of experience in human resources that span a range of industries, including for-profit and non-profit organizations, as well as domestic and international markets. This experience ensures she is a flexible and agile HR leader who leads by example. Throughout her career, Moore has been guided by the desire to bring out the best in people whomever they are, and to leave an organization better than she found it.
