Kuralai Kunz is Pyxera Global’s Vice President of Technical Services, overseeing program design and implementation of economic and community development programs for organizations such as USAID, the John Deere Foundation, World Bank, Mastercard Foundation, GE, Chevron, The Rockefeller Foundation, and others. She also spearheads ECD’s new business development initiatives aligned with Pyxera Global’s mission, goals, and programmatic priorities. Kuralai has experience leading teams in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia in designing and implementing many successful programs in supply chain development, agribusiness, entrepreneurship and innovation, and economic and community development.

Prior to joining Pyxera Global, Kuralai worked for global development projects that supported economic development and civil society in the former Soviet Union and for the Embassy of Spain in Kazakhstan, where she managed operations and supported successful market entries for Spanish companies. Kuralai holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts and is fluent in Kazakh, Spanish, and Russian.
