In her most recent role as Senior Vice President at Cisco Systems, Jigna led the company’s shift to a software subscription model, growing that business from zero to over $5 billion. She oversaw the integration of more than 30 company acquisitions, launched over 200 new products through a global network of 40,000+ partners across 200+ countries, and transformed Cisco’s customer support from a largely manual operation to an AI-driven system — reducing support cases by more than 75%. 

Jigna serves as an advisor to multiple, early-stage AI startups, where she advises under-represented founders on building innovative products that make the world more efficient, equitable, secure, and productive.
