Ellie Jorgensen Benckart is the Associate Director for Client Success with Pyxera Global, where she oversees the client journey and ensures Pyxera Global’s programs meet partner needs. During her nine-year tenure at the organization, Ellie has supported a wide range of programming in both client-facing and community-facing roles, including long-term community engagement projects, sustainability and circular economy work, and pro bono consulting initiatives.

Prior to joining Pyxera Global, Ellie worked at the U.S. Department of State in the Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations, researching drivers of instability in Central America. She previously held an internship with Seeds of Peace, an international peacebuilding organization based in New York. Ellie received an M.A. in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Law, Politics, and Society from Drake University.
