Bill Maw is the Chief Financial Officer at FourKites, a SaaS-based technology company in the supply chain visibility space. With more than 30 years of working with large public companies, as well as private equity- and venture-backed companies, Bill’s expertise spans finance strategy development and execution, financial planning, risk management, operations, business performance analysis and reporting, capital-raising, and M&A.
Most recently, Bill served as the interim CFO of Recharge Payments and the CFO of Deep Labs, Inc, both B2B SaaS technology companies. He previously spent four years as CFO at Covius Holdings, Inc., a technology and service provider in the mortgage sector. Prior to Covius, Bill spent more than a decade as CFO and a Member of the Executive Committee at Liquidnet Holdings, Inc., a regulated global financial technology company that facilitates equities and fixed-income trading for leading asset management firms. Prior to Liquidnet, Bill spent 10 years at General Electric, where he held a series of senior finance positions. He also worked at Price Waterhouse.
Bill is a former member of The Wall Street Journal CFO Network. He currently sits on the Board and is the Chair of the Audit Committee at Pyxera Global. Bill was educated in the UK and completed his Foundation in Accountancy at Sheffield Polytechnic and is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
